Houthi attacks on ships in the Red Sea, ostensibly to support Palestinians in Gaza, and retaliatory United States-United Kingdom airstrikes have reminded us in these last months of Yemen’s forgotten war. The conflict has been ongoing for more than a decade, causing untold suffering for civilians, including war crimes. But there has been no accountability so far, and the prospects still look bleak.
