On the International Day for the Right to the Truth Concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims, the truth is almost completely absent in Yemen regarding the victims and violations affecting human rights as a whole. This is an occasion to emphasize the importance of standing up to the truth, holding all parties violating human rights or involved in acts of violence against civilians accountable, and making the truth clear.
